Can I control stamp transparency?

Yes. Select the stamp image and adjust opacity in the toolbar.

Can I rotate a stamp?

Yes. The editor supports rotating image overlays before export.

Will the original PDF text stay selectable?

The original PDF is preserved as the base document. Adding a stamp does not rasterize the entire page.
